ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT

Analytical methods suitable for the detection of irradiated foods are reviewed. The detection methods are classified as physical, chemical, microbiological and biological, respectively. Reliability, robustness, sensitivity, accuracy and simplicity of each method are discussed.
